Samvaaya’25 : Sustainability Dialogue for MBA SM Batch

Samvaaya 2025, organized by the Career Advisory Services of the School of Sustainability, XIM University, on 11th October 2025, explored the theme “Risk to Resilience: Leveraging Climate, Energy, Supply Chains, and Biodiversity for a Just Transition.” Featuring experts from Emami Ltd., Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, Sparrow Risk Management, and HCL Foundation, and moderated by Mr. Amlan Shomeof A.P. Moller–Maersk, the dialogue highlighted the shift from risk management to resilience-building through ESG integration. Discussions emphasized sustainability as a business enabler, the role of digital innovation, collaborative partnerships, and financing models for inclusive, resilient, and climate-aligned growth.
