ConXerv organizes various events and activities throughout the year to engage students in sustainability:

1. Parivartan: Annual Business Conclave: Parivartan is the flagship two-day annual business conclave hosted by ConXerv. It brings together stakeholders from industry, policy, academia, and the development sector to discuss key sustainability challenges and solutions. The conclave blends thought leadership, expert discussions, and interactive sessions, enabling participants to explore the integration of sustainability into business strategy, policy, and practice.

The 2025 Parivartan was held on 29th–30th August 2025, centered around the theme: “Roots of Resilience: Valuing Biodiversity & Nature-Based Solutions for India’s Sustainable Business Future.”

Day 1: The day focused on the importance of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) through the Narmada Riparian Restoration Initiative, highlighting how ecological restoration can revive biodiversity, improve water retention, and restore habitats while addressing climate change. The session also emphasized local institutions, youth participation, policy integration, and sustainable livelihood models, including a case study from Mayurbhanj, Odisha. A hands-on workshop on Carbon Credits by Nithin Raja Cherukuri encouraged participants to engage in practical sustainability learning and solution-oriented problem-solving.

Day 2: The second day focused on climate mitigation, biodiversity conservation, livelihood development, decarbonization, and energy transition. Sessions highlighted Nature-Based Solutions, sustainable resource management, wildlife protection, and cleaner energy alternatives such as hydrogen and carbon capture technologies, along with discussions on ESG-driven decarbonization and carbon markets. The Multi-Stakeholder Panel Discussion, moderated by J. P. Jagdev, brought together experts from consulting, academia, industry, and development sectors to discuss biodiversity conservation, ecological sustainability, and the role of policy and CSR in sustainable transitions.

2. QuizX: QuizX is conducted as a pre-event sustainability quiz to engage students and build momentum for Parivartan. It is organized for both batches of MBA-SM via the Unstop platform, focusing on key areas such as Sustainability, ESG, Climate Change, and Global Frameworks.

3. Paritraan: Paritraan is the official quarterly sustainability magazine of ConXerv, bringing together diverse perspectives on some of the most pressing environmental and social challenges of our time. Each issue features a curated mix of articles exploring themes such as climate resilience, water security, sustainable development, circular economy, ESG frameworks, and grassroots innovation.
