Career Advisory Committee:
The Career Advisory Services (CAS) oversees all Career Advisory Services and placements- related affairs. CAS looks into the summer internships and final placements of the students. It works towards Industrial Institutional Collaboration wherein it conducts Leadership talks, Dialogue Series and Conclaves to help the students to engage with the industry. The CAS Committee comprises both faculty and student members.

Through the years, the School of Sustainability, XIM University has provided the corporate world with value-based leaders driven by the mission of building sustainable businesses. It is one of the pioneering programs in its domain, which today has become an integral part of a successful organizational strategy.
The adoption of effective sustainability measures significantly impacts a company’s profitability and expansion. Consequently, corporations are placing greater emphasis on enhancing their sustainability metrics, recognizing their direct influence on financial performance. This shift underscores the need for businesses to swiftly adapt to evolving ESG challenges and spearhead innovative solutions covering the Triple Bottom Line.
A futuristic vision led to our 2 year MBA program in Sustainability Management which was designed to integrate conventional, contemporary curriculum along with on-the-ground exposure, create a holistic perspective in the student’s minds and enable them to tackle challenging situations easily. This residential program also ensures that the students imbibe values such as diligence, perseverance, teamwork, and social responsibility.

The Batch of 2025-27 witnessed a highly successful summer internship placement season, with 72 students participating in the process and 27 companies engaging with the institute for recruitment. Organizations representing diverse sectors such as Sustainability Consulting, ESG Advisory, Manufacturing, Automotive, Natural Products, Social Impact, Energy, Finance, Consulting, FMCG, and Climate & Environmental Solutions offered exciting internship opportunities to students.

Industry Institution Engagement:
We conduct SM CAS’s flagship event – the Sustainablility Dialogue Series, where Industry leaders discuss over emerging themes within the sustainability domain, which enables the students with the opportunity to have long interaction sessions with the leaders and develop perspective over the given theme.
We conduct Leadership Talks, where industry leaders can give insight to the students about the importance of sustainability management in the present times and the scope of sustainability management in the current business world.
We also have the Annual Sustainability Summit, a standalone Flagship Event of the School of Sustainability. Over two days, leaders from different spheres share their thoughts about sustainability.
The School’s Business Conclave, Parivartan, sees participation from leaders from other esteemed Organizations who share their views and ideas on core sustainability management.
