Career Advisory Committee
The Career Advisory Services Committee is in charge of all Career Advisory Services related affairs and all activities related to placements at XIM University. It looks into the Summer Internship as well as the Final Career Advisory Services of the students. It works towards the Industrial Institutional Collaboration wherein it conducts Leadership Talks, Summits and Conclaves to help the students to engage with the industry and it includes both faculty as well as student members.
Final Placement
This year, we saw the batch 2021-23 MBA Sustainability Management having a successful placement season where Seven companies participated in final placements, of which 3 were new recruiters. Companies that visited the campus in various sectors are Consulting Research and Analytics.
Summer Intership
The Batch of 2022-24 MBA-SM had an excellent summer placement drive this year for a batch size of 18 students, with 13 companies participating in the summer placement process.
Companies across sectors like Consulting, Manufacturing, IT, and Development visited the campus for the summer internship process. Some significant recruiters are Cholamandalam MS Risk Services Limited, Dalmia Cement (Bharat), Grant Thornton, ITC, Puma, PwC, Recykal, Shyam Metalics, Stenum Asia, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, UltraTech Cement, and Wipro.

Industry Institution Engagement
Under this Engagement, we have Leadership Talks for the students, where industry leaders can give insight to the students about the importance of sustainability management in the present times and the scope of sustainability management in the post-pandemic world.
We also have the Annual Sustainability Summit, a standalone Flagship Event of the School of Sustainability. Over two days, leaders from different spheres share their thoughts about sustainability. The School’s Business Conclave, Parivartan, sees participation from leaders from other esteemed Organizations who share their views and ideas on core sustainability development. In these years, we have been graced by various renowned speakers, some of whom are as listed below:
