Parivartan – Annual Business Conclave 2025

Parivartan 2025, the 11th Annual Business Conclave of the School of Sustainability, XIM University, was held on August 29–30, 2025, under the theme “Roots of Resilience: Valuing Biodiversity & Nature-Based Solutions for India’s Sustainable Business Future.” Organized by ConXerv, the two-day event featured a technical workshop on climate action, GHG accounting, and Nature-Based Solutions (NBS), followed by a formal conclave with keynote addresses and a panel discussion. Experts from PwC India, Terracon Ecotech, Mahindra University, Coal India, and IGS emphasized aligning business resilience with ecological restoration and community livelihoods. The event concluded with a strong call for businesses to move beyond carbon neutrality toward nature-positive growth, reinforcing that resilience and sustainability must be central to India’s economic future.
