The Alumni Committee of the School of Sustainability, XIM University, conducted an Immersion Course Session on “Sustainability Assurance and Reporting”on 18th October2025 for the MBA (Sustainability Management) Batch of 2024–26. The session featured Mr. Dev Kumar Dutta(Batch of 2016–18), Associate Manager, Assurance, Business Sustainability, and Climate Change at EY, who shared insights on ESG benchmarking, sustainability reporting, and assurance frameworks. He emphasized how assurance enhances transparency, accountability, and trust in corporate sustainability. The interactive session, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Elizabeth Abba, effectively bridged classroom learning with industry practice, strengthening alumni-student engagement and inspiring future leaders in sustainability.
