1st year students participated in a field visit to Mangalajodi on 7th February 2025 focused on birding and wetland ecosystem exploration. The visit provided hands-on exposure to avian biodiversity, migratory bird habitats, and the ecological importance of wetland conservation. Activities included bird observation, species identification, and understanding community-led conservation efforts in the region. The experience enhanced practical knowledge of biodiversity monitoring, ecosystem interactions, and sustainable conservation practices while encouraging environmental awareness and appreciation for natural habitats.
