Facilitated CSR exposure visit for MBA-SM batch 2025-27 to Bansidhar & Ila Panda Foundation (BIPF )at Choudwar on 10th November,2025
Students of MBA SM from the School of Sustainability, XIM University, commenced their CSR field visit to Chowdwar to gain hands-on exposure to grassroots sustainability practices and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) tools, while understanding the community initiatives of IMFA and BIPF. The visit provided valuable insights into how CSR can foster inclusive, community-driven development, and showcased IMFA’s strong commitment to women’s empowerment through education, entrepreneurship, and sustained community engagement.
