  • Soumya Rani Gouda (XUPH17014):

    MBA in Rural Development from XISS, Ranchi and BBA from Utkal University. Industry background: My career started with the Gujarat Government in Dairy Development. I joined a research NGO, Ekjut, working on maternal and child health. I was a Research Associate at NIT, Rourkela, in child development project. It is 33 months of professional experience and qualified UGC-NET in the subject of Social Work.
    Research Area: Sustainable Management, focusing on Human Development and Health.

  • Lipsa Mohapatra (XUPH17004):

    MBA (Fashion Management, NIFT, Bengaluru), B.Tech. (Textile Technology, Institute of Textile Technology, Odisha) Industry Background: Taught in Footwear Design Development Institute, Kolkata and College of Engineering Technology, Bhubaneswar. She is at present Assistant Professor in Department of Fashion Management Studies, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Ministry of Textiles, Bhubaneswar. She was trained in corporations like Madura Garments, Metro Cash & Carry, Shahi Export house, etc. Her paper on sustainable cotton was selected in the symposium "Transition Strategies for Sustainable Community Systems", XIMB, in 2017. She contributed few papers and case studies in the proceedings of IFFTI Conference, 2016, China and presented another paper in International Case Symposium in Fashion, Retail & Management, 2015. She has about eight years of experience in industry, management teaching and research in craft clusters of Odisha.

  • Sulagna Saha (XUPH17016):

    Master in Fashion Technology (NIFT, New Delhi), B Tech (Applied Electronics and Instrumentation) Industry Background: worked as a Merchandiser in an apparel export house contributing in buyer communication, order generation, Product development, Sourcing, Sampling, Fit analysis, production follow up and several other merchandising activities. Currently she is an Assistant Professor NIFT, she has been teaching in both undergraduate & Post graduate levels specializing on Pattern Making, Fit analysis, Product development, Sustainability and Fashion Merchandising.
    Research Area: Sustainable Consumer Behavior in Fashion.
